Cletis is our Senior Field Operations Manager. He manages the task of building BBX's drilling locations, testing the wells, installing the pipelines and keeping the field operations running smoothly. He has 34 years experience of on-the-job training. He is a life member of the NRA, and a life member of HLS&R. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his three sons and two grandchildren.
John is our Senior Drilling Operations Manager. He manages all phases of drilling the wells and keeping the drilling operations running smoothly. John has 30+ years experience supervising wellsite operations. He started his career in West Texas and has worked all over Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Venezuela. Enjoys fishing and hunting with his wife of over 40 years, his 4 kids and his 10 grandkids
Pup is our Production Superintendent. He manages all phases of flow backs, completion, production, and all types of well intervention. He has 31 years of experience in all types of well intervention and control. Pup started his career in West Texas. He has worked all over the lower 48 states and Canada as well as several third world countries. He enjoys riding motorcycles, boating and traveling with his wife of 15yrs, his 3 kids and his 4 grandkids.
Dennis has been in the oil and gas industry for 33 years. Dennis began his career in the crude oil transportation business as a driver and has experience as a crude oil transportation district manager, a pipeline technician, a chemical operations technician, and a crude oil meter proving technician. He joined BBX as a pipeline operations technician in 2011.
His hobbies include riding motorcylces, boating and fishing, vintage VW restoration, and spending time with his wife and his grandkids.
Allan has been in the maintenance service industry for 30 years. He joined BBX in 2012 as an I & E technician. Allan enjoys cooking for and spending time with his family.
Brian has spent more than 10 years in the oil and gas field taking care of production and maintenance both onland and offshore. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his four boys. His hobbies include hunting, fishing, and riding motorcycles.
Jim joined BBX in 2011 in our operations and treating department for pipeline maintainance, to be a supervisor of the production manufacturing shop, and to be the area safety coordinator. Jim has been in the oil and gas industry for over 27 years in various capacities, and more specifically, as a production tech for the past 5 years. Jim has been married to his wife Diann for 32 years, has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren.
He enjoys hunting and fishing, is a member of the RMEF, serves as a volunteer firefighter and was Chief for 12 years. Jim is also a coach of Little League Baseball, served on the Board of Directors for Tyler County Youth Baseball, is an honorary member of the FFA and served on the Tyler County Fair Board. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family and doing projects with his grandchildren.
Darren has been in the oil and gas industry for 13 years and joined BBX as our Management Technician in 2011. He is an avid NASCAR fan and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
Josh was hired in 2012 as a Production Mechanic. He attended Texas A&M University and has worked for the past 5 years in the oilfield production chemical industry. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He also enjoys raising and showing registered Boer goats.
